Limitless.Front‘Limitless’ - A Two Day Workshop

At the end of the month we have Glenn Bracey coming in to lead a 2 day workshop in which you will get chance to playfully explore your inner limitless self. The workshop is on the weekend of October 29th/30th and runs from 10am – 4pm both days. It is a not for profit event so it is very reasonably priced at £35 for the whole weekend.

A bit more information from Glenn:

In this practical, experiential workshop we playfully explore

  • Our inner limitless Self
  • Overcoming the tricks and traps of the mind that cause unhappiness, ‘stuck-ness’, emotional and psychological discomfort and relationship discord
  • Tools to guide us back to our centre, whenever we lose ourselves or feel caught in the uncertainty of life
  • The relationship (and differences) between our centred Self and our psychological self
  • The wisdom that comes from embodied awareness

Expand out, away from the restrictions of your thoughts and beliefs; beyond your past and future concerns and limiting emotions.

While many people strive to find ‘their limitless’, within financial invincibility, in the soul mate of their dreams, through control, power, superior knowledge or status; in this journey we don’t wait for anything outside of the present moment to find the limitless within.

The workshop is hosted by Glenn Bracey and informed by the work of world renowned consciousness teacher Richard Moss, and includes psychological insight and easy to apply tools and practises within embodied awareness.
